Our Process

Have you ever felt unsure that your contractor did everything the right way?  Rest assured that with Leach & Sons Construction everything is up to code and properly inspected.  We take care of everything from HOA approvals to permits, ensuring you have a hassle-free experience and complete peace of mind.

  • Initial Consultation

    Shortly after first contacting us, we will coordinate with you to visit your home and discuss your project.  

  • Planning & Estimation

    After the first site visit, we will work with you on the project plan.  The project plan might include a floor plan, a mood board and material samples, but it will always will always include a budget and timeline. 

    For simple projects, you will receive the project plan within a few days.  For more complex projects, follow on visits with an interior designer or structural engineer may be required.

  • Construction

    Once you sign off on the project plan, we will schedule your project and begin work.  In addition to periodic updates regarding the project, we will schedule a final inspection with you at the end of the project to ensure our work meets your expectations.
